1. General Policy
1.1. All sales of virtual goods and services on WYD International are final and non-refundable.
1.2. Donations made to support WYD International are also non-refundable.
2. Exceptions
2.1. Refunds may be issued in the following exceptional circumstances:
If you were charged incorrectly or for the wrong amount due to a billing error.
If a purchased virtual good or service was not delivered as described.
2.2. Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
3. Requesting a Refund

3.2. We will review your request and respond within 14 business days.
4. Processing Refunds
4.1. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4.2. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
5. Chargebacks
5.1. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
5.2. We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks and provide evidence of your purchase and use of our services.
