• ⚔️ Increased PvP damage by 2x.
• 🏹 Reworked DEX to evasion/hitrate formula.
• 💊 Set HP/MP potion delay to 1 second.
• 🔮 Nerfed CON effect on summons: 2 CON = 1 INT.
• 🐾 Summons no longer self-defend; they only attack-assist.

New Features:

• 🏛️ Guild tax rate command.
• 🔒 Added Captcha to LAN zones.
• 🎁 Drop bonus for active server citizens.
• 🦸 Improved summon movement and functionality.
• 🔄 Guild leader transfer: Leader → Sub/Member and Sub → Member.
